Bell from a sunken warship discovered

An international expedition of underwater researchers has found the bell from a destroyer ORP Kujawiak sunk during World War II. The ship was sunk on the night of June 15th 1942 on the shore of Malta while escorting an alliance convoy. The group of ships was attacked by 60 Italian bombers after which the Kujawiak hit a German sea-mine that killed 13 of its crew.
