Amateur finds a 6000-year-old Neolithic axe

Man walking with a dog found a 6000-year-old Neolithic axe in Tiddington, Warwickshire, central England.

The find was made in a ploughed field in Tiddington. The man called Warwickshire Museum, who asked to explain what the find was and to send a few pictures. The museum officials informed that the find was Neolithic and dates back somewhere between 2500BC-4000 BC. This was the era when trade was expanding, which explains why the object isn’t local and was probably used to cut down trees to enable farming. the axe was put in the museum in the local findings section.
