Two shipwrecks were discovered in northern Lake Huron, one of the five Great Lakes of North America. The vessels were identified as steamers that sunk in 1894 and 1915. The authorities have identified the ships as the 61.5-metre wooden steamer Ohio and the 81-metre steel-hulled steamer Choctaw. The Ohio, built in 1873, was loaded with
