Numerous archaeological finds at a Canaanite palace
Excavations of a destroyed 4500-year-old Canaanite palace at Khirbet al- Batrawy, Jordan, revealed food, jewellery, weapons and personal objects that were preserved as the structure collapsed.
Winery unearthed in a Canaanite palace
The excavations at the Canaanite palace at tel Kabri revealed numerous rooms filled with jars under the collapsed walls and roof. The palace is dated back to Middle Bronze Age (around 1950-1550 BCE).
