Neolithic enclosure found in Denmark

Archaeologists discovered a large enclosure near Stevns in Denmark at a sports hall construction site. The structure is dated to the Neolithic and seems to enclose an oval area of nearly 18000 square meters.

Neolithic houses discovered in Wales

Excavations at Llanfaethlu, West of Anglesey, in north-west Wales, revealed a fourth Early Neolithic house (6000 years old) and extensive archaeological remains, that add up to the three Early Neolithic houses discovered in previous digs.
