A series of concentric cropmarks, indicating the possible presence of a rondel-like structure, has been sighted at Żelichów, North-West Poland. This find is extremely rare as only a handful of such Neolithic structures are known from Poland.
Police officers from Miastko and Szczecin, Poland, were able to recover over 200 archaeological artefacts dating back to Early Iron Age which are said to have been illegally unearthed in Miastko earlier this year. The artefacts consist of vessels and jewellery attributed to the people of Lusatian culture.

Construction workers found two guns during renovation of two houses in Słupsk, northern Poland. The weapons, found separately are a Polish Vis wz. 35 and German Mauser gun.
After seven days of intensive digging, explorers unearthed a time capsule from 1934. The find was once buried as a cornerstone of Ordensburg Krössinsee – an educational centre for cadres of the Nazi Party in Złocieniec (then known as Falkenburg), north-western Poland.

A metal detectorist has found a deposit of two bronze bracelets during illegal search near the Trzcianka village located in the valley of the Noteć river. The detectorist secured the find and reported it to the local heritage authorities handing the artefacts over and presenting the hoard’s location.
Over a dozen previously uncharted monumental megalithic graves have been discovered in North-western Poland by archaeologists from The University of Szczecin in the region of Western Pomerania.
