Archaeologists in Lwówek, West Poland, found a grave with remains of German soldiers that were bound with a blue cord. The grave dates back to World War II.
Exhumation works at a burial mound at a former Evangelical cemetery in Kargowa, West Poland, revealed a mass grave containing remains of 12 individuals, including 2 children.
Excavations at the Szpitalna street in Bydgoszcz, Northern Poland, revealed over 300 skeletons which heads were cut. It is believed that the corpses are linked with the existence of German World War II camps and explosives factory in the vicinity.
