An ancient treasure consisting of ornaments, silver vessels and coins was found at Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

The treasure was found at the surrounding areas around Mallikarjuna Swamy temple during restoration works. Workers unearthed the treasure while digging in the earth at the main entrance to the temple. The treasure contains gold ornaments with three gold flowers, 18 gold coins, four golden rings, 147 silver coins, silver vessel and a tumbler. The trove weights over 2 kilograms.
